Fabulous “Fiber Arts Fun” Camp

Campers learned to tie-dye shirts, dye fabric using fiber reactive dyes, indigo dye shirts and fabric, use a sewing machine to sew their fabric blocks and pillow case, embroider, do freezer paper printing, create crayon batik designs, weave, and use Sharpie and rubbing alcohol to create a more controlled tie-dye effect.

Thanksgiving Break Cornucopia Art and Science Camp

Campers enjoyed a cornucopia of science and art activities during Thanksgiving Break Cornucopia Science and Art Camp. Activities included exploring curcuits, creating a pumpkin battery, making Pumpkin Slime, causing popcorn kernels to dance, printing with gourds and veggies, then using a trebuchet to launch the gourds.
